At The Krista Hilton, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, programs, and services designed to help you grow personally and professionally. Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products and Courses

All sales of digital products (including eBooks, guides, and downloadable resources), online courses, and coaching programs are final and non-refundable.
Once you have accessed or downloaded a digital product, you have full access to the material, and we cannot offer a refund.

Please ensure that you carefully read the product descriptions and terms before making a purchase. If you are unsure about a product or have any questions, feel free to contact us at hiltonsociety1@gmail.com before completing your purchase.

2. Membership Programs

For memberships to The Krista Hilton programs or communities, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted. Memberships are designed for personal use, and sharing access with others is strictly prohibited.

If you choose to cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the content and resources until the end of your billing cycle, after which your access will be revoked.

3. Coaching Services

Our goal is to help you achieve your desired outcomes, and we are committed to fulfilling our coaching agreements. However, we understand that mindset work and personal growth take time and effort. If, by the end of your coaching program, the specific outcomes discussed at the beginning have not been accomplished, we will offer to continue working with you for an additional 90 days at no extra charge.

During this extended period, we will reassess the goals and progress, adjust strategies as needed, and provide further guidance to help you achieve the results. This option is offered in lieu of refunds, as success is highly dependent on your effort and commitment to the process.

We ask that you be fully committed to the coaching process and understand that your results are determined by your level of engagement and action. Since this is an energy exchange we do not offer any financial refunds.

4. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all our digital products, courses, and services. If you believe that a product or service has been misrepresented or does not meet the expectations outlined in the description, please contact us at hiltonsociety1@gmail.com to address your concerns.

5. Exceptions to Our Policy

In rare cases, we may offer refunds or exchanges under special circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent access to purchased digital products or duplicate purchases made in error. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hiltonsociety1@gmail.com with the relevant details, including proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions of this policy.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We ask that you contact us directly if you experience any issues with your purchase or services before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being terminated, and access to products, services, or memberships may be revoked.
